I bring over 19+ years of professional experience in various industries, including Tier 1 & 2 Automotive, covering pre-serial phases: from program kick- off and production validation to customer part approval and successful SOP.

I led all project phases up to SOP as a subject matter expert in start-up budgets, cost savings, plant readiness, power builds, and risk mitigation. Experienced in leading crossfunctional teams, managing global projects, reporting to senior stakeholders and ensuring full compliance with KPIs.
