Playing the role of Strategic Project & Launch  Manager  I cover complete pre serial cycle of product, from program start (Phase 0) via production validation, pre-production builds till smooth first customer parts approval and successful SOP.

I have been involved in all project phases that allowed me to build deep knowledge in fields of start-up budgets, plant readiness, power builds and risk management. I have experience in cooperation with both plant management and central teams in the role of the synergy link necessary in high volume projects.

  • Technology and process portfolio: Seat Structures & Mechanism (metal); AC compressors interiors door panels industry; electric wires; air compressors and Commercial Vehicle Seats (JIT).
  • Launch & program management: program relocations, life time extensions, green fields. Managing scope of the new product launch, ensuring program schedule. Leading launch teams, pre-series builds, R&R, customer events; launch representative in the plant.
  • Change management: analyse, monitoring and implementation of changes in the plant.

Achievements highlights:

  • Projects launched in accordance with the program definition. Successfully implemented serial production for various OEMs. In my portfolio, I have worked on platforms such as BMW UKL, Daimler AG, Ford, Dodge, Audi (Tracks 2000-s), Volvo SPA/CMA.
  • Programs portfolio with high volumes more than 350k car sets average per program yearly for different OEMs.
  • Managed startup costs > 1mlnUSD. All budgets were kept in profit plan target (BizCase).
  • Achieved yearly plant results above the targets within department.
