I have experience in cooperation with both plant management and central teams in the role of the synergy link necessary in high volume projects.

- Projects launched in accordance with the program definition. Successfully implemented serial production for various OEMs. In my portfolio, I have worked on platforms such as BMW UKL, Daimler AG, Ford, Dodge, Audi (Tracks 2000-s), Volvo SPA/CMA.
- Programs portfolio with high volumes more than 350k car sets average per program yearly for different OEMs.
- Managed startup costs > 1mlnUSD. All budgets were kept in profit plan target (BizCase).
- Achieved yearly plant results above the targets within department.
